Hello.
When I first saw this picture I knew it was time to do something about my weight.If being diabetic was not enough I realized that I wasn,t in good shape.
I have now been working out for 3 weeks and have lost 14 pounds.
After cheating on the diet I have been trying to compensate by doing extra work outs at the gym.
The best approach would be to carry on working out 6 times a week and not cheat but no one is perfect.
I have another 35-55 pounds to go to reach my target weight.But I know from past experiance that the last 10 pounds will be the most difficult to lose.

Wow youse guys are really putting it all OUT there!! LOL You guys are so great. But then again you have to have a sense of humor to get through life. I am so excited for all of you. The fact that you are all in this together is great. I am giving it my best shot for myself and my boys but DH is definitely a saboteur and not on the wagon with us.
Losing 14 pounds in 3 weeks is awesome and even though you may be cheating here and there you are definitely making up for it by working out harder or you would not be losing as much. Whatever works... Sometimes it's finding that balance of working out an hour a day to be able to eat the things you like. We had a great Family Fitness Day today with my cousin and her boys that I hope to continue. And don't worry about not being perfect none of us are... the key is consistency. Calories in, calories out... finding that balance. You are doing a great job.

You're only jealous of the size of my breasts. Besides, where I come from if you're going to say something to somebody, you at least say it to their face.
i agree. those man boobs need a bra. and i dont think that anyone would be jealous of the size of them...i would say this to your face, but quite frankly i'd be too distracted...anyways. thanks. congrats on your...erm...weightloss.
